Animario Crossing

Continuing the Mario 35th Anniversary celebrations comes a crossover with another one of Nintendo’s premium titles: Animal Crossing.

Players who have updated to the latest version of Animal Crossing: New Horizons on their Switch (version 1.8.0) will have already seen some Mario items sneaking into their game – specifically the Mushroom mural wallpaper delivered to your mailbox, but there’s more – and it’s simple to get them.

Each of the new Mario-Anniversary items can be bought with bells from Nook Shopping, and will be available without any sort of deadline limit, so you don’t have to worry if you are currently short on cash.

Crossover items are always fun, and these Mario pieces are brilliant – especially the Pipe which will work as a warp pipe allowing you to instantly travel across your island in Mario style. At 5000 bells, it’s not super cheap, but it is well worthwhile.
