The three-dimensional rumble is one of the new features that provide haptic input in various locations on the controller based on the action taking place in your game. The custom-tensioned trigger buttons function similarly. The DualSense is not just the best controller Sony has ever made, but it’s also one of the very few game input devices that actually feels innovative.
DualSense’s haptic feedback, which was developed by the same firm that made Nintendo’s Joy-Con HD Rumble, uses very accurate vibrations to imitate what’s happening on-screen by delicate jolting reverberations over your hands.
